We came at hair from the inside out — and it changed everything.

Our founder spent years struggling with slow hair growth and excessive shedding before a blood test revealed what a nutritionist confirmed: significant deficiencies in ferritin, vitamin D, and zinc. Within months of addressing those deficiencies through targeted supplementation and dietary changes, both her growth rate and shedding normalised dramatically. That experience became the seed of this site.

We are a team of nutrition researchers, health writers, and wellness educators who believe that most conversations about hair health start in the wrong place. Topical products matter — but they՚re working on hair that՚s already grown. Real, lasting change in hair health begins with what you eat, how you sleep, and what your body has available at the follicle level.
